Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@vriksha.us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
- Custom orders, made-to-order items, and products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
