Lord Venkateswara (Perumal) is the presiding deity of Tirumala Venkateswara Temple located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. Venkata is combination of two words 'ven' (keeps away) and 'kata' (troubles). Being that said Venkata means 'who keeps away troubles' or 'who takes away problems' or any other sentence in similar context. This unique brass idol framed on a rich raw silk backdrop would fit right into any interior as a beautiful piece of home decor.
